Staff or Spouse Convention Registration

Please read and fill out the Registration form below to add a Staff Member or Spouse to your GSCS registration.

If your spouse is also a licensed Chiropractor, please call Dr. Robert Berkowitz at 908-420-5275 for the Spouse DC Discounted Rate which includes 1 CE certificate, 1 lunch ticket and 1 dinner ticket.

No registration will be accepted without payment.

** Cancellation Policy: Full refund minus $50 administrative fee if requested 7 days prior to event. No refunds after that time.
